Every device is graded by our team: Excellent, Very Good, Good, or Fair. The grade describes cosmetics only, every device is fully tested and works like new. The exact condition is shown on each listing, often with photos of the real unit.
Is there a warranty and can I return it?
Yes. Every device is backed by a 12-month warranty, and you have 30 days to return it for any reason. We want you confident in your purchase.
Are the phones unlocked and clean?
We IMEI-verify every phone: clean ESN, never blacklisted, and unlocked options are clearly labeled. You can use it on your carrier of choice unless a listing says otherwise.
How fast do you ship?
